We are honored to be part of your campus experience. Here is everything you need to know about what happens next.

Before You Receive Promotional Materials

Please note: promotional materials, including your event QR code, will be sent after your contract has been signed. This ensures your event details are confirmed and accurate before we begin promotion on our end.

If this is a private event on your campus, please let us know so we don't post about it on our social media.

Your Next Steps

Step 1 — Sign Your Contract

You will receive a contract via e-signature within 24 to 48 hours of your booking request. Please review and sign promptly to officially confirm your booking. Your event date is not secured until the contract is executed.

Step 2 — Receive the Artist W-9

After you sign, you will receive a W-9 for O Tomas Bell for your records and payment processing requirements.

Step 3 — Receive Your Invoice

Along with your W-9, an invoice will be sent with the following payment options:

    • Pay by check — in person on the day of the event
    • Pay by ACH or credit/debit card prior to the event and receive a 10% discount on your booking total.

Once your contract is signed, we will send your promotional package, which includes:

    • Customized promotional materials about your keynote or workshop
    • A QR code your organization can share with students to build excitement and drive attendance

Remember, our booking is all-inclusive. 
There are no extra transportation or accommodations fees required.
