📋 Terms & Conditions — Life Coach Approved Private Coaching

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling All cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable and non-transferable. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at [your email address].

2. No-Shows Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice forfeit the session fee in full. No exceptions.

3. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. Life Coach Approved will not disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

5. Coaching Disclaimer Life Coach Approved provides coaching services for personal development and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek a licensed mental health professional.

6. Intellectual Property Any materials, frameworks, or resources shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Life Coach Approved and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
